SHIPPING POLICY
What you need to know
All our shipments are made through established courier companies. For shipments within Mexico City and the metropolitan area, we use 99minutos®. Within Mexico, shipments are made through DHL®, Estafeta®, and/or FedEx®. International shipments are made through DHL®, Estafeta®, UPS®, and/or FedEx®. We may use a different courier company due to issues beyond our control.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
How it works
If you require an exchange, it will only be valid for size exchanges. Model exchanges are not available. There are no returns. We are committed to always providing you with the highest quality and confidence in our products.
